# DocuSeal

An AGPL platform for building PDF forms, collecting signatures and storing completed documents, self-hosted or on DocuSeal Cloud.

- Access and use: Cloud sign-up is https://docuseal.com/sign_up; completed documents then live on DocuSeal LLC servers. Self-host: docker run --name docuseal -p 3000:3000 -v.:/data docuseal/docuseal then http://localhost:3000. Compose: curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/docusealco/docuseal/master/docker-compose.yml > docker-compose.yml then sudo HOST=your-domain-name.com docker compose up. SQLite is the default; set DATABASE_URL for PostgreSQL or MySQL. Disk or S3/GCS/Azure for files. AGPL-3.0 with Section 7(b) additional terms: keep DocuSeal attribution in interactive UIs.
