Cloud at sim.ai. Self-host: npx sim-setup. Read the script before running it. Then open http://localhost:3000. Needs Node 20 or later and Docker. Chat on a self-hosted install uses a Chat API key from sim.ai. Cloud MCP is https://mcp.sim.ai/mcp. Apache-2.0.
